When do I make payment?
For clients paying monthly for 1-1 or online bespoke coaching all payments must be made 1 month in advance. Payments will be made on 1st of every month by standing order.
When do I pay for an online programme?
All payments must be made in full prior to any clients participating in any sessions via Resistance.App. If any payments have not been received before programme start date the programme will not take place and your space may be given to someone else. This is a one off payment and you will only be charged at the start programme. Once the programme has come to an end no further payments will be taken.
Can I buy more than one programme at a time?
There are no restrictions on how many programmes you can buy, although its best to focus on one at a time. This will ensure best results for you. Once your programme comes to an end, you can then purchase another programme to suit your goals.
If I wish to cancel any service how do I do this?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your 1-1 personal training sessions please provide two full weeks notice before next payment is due. Failure to do so may result in cancelations not being processed or partial refunds issued. If you have purchased a programme, no refunds will be made but you can stop the programme at any time.
What if I cant do an exercise?
If a client is unable to perform a specific exercise during personal training, the trainer will provide alternative exercises tailored to their abilities and needs to ensure a safe and effective workout.
How do I track my food?
By using My Fitness Pal this allows users to log and track their daily food intake, which allows clients to see calorie consumption per meal along with macronutrient breakdown and also has a feature for you to scan items and automatically logs ingredients for you.
What should I eat?
I have created some recipes for you to follow for inspiration. This is only for guidance and inspiration purposes. If you like to make your own meals or follow another meal plan then please follow what suits you best. Please check meals are suitable for your diet and check allergy label before following any recipe.
When is best to eat before or after exercise?
The best time to eat is usually a small meal or snack about 1-2 hours before exercise to provide energy and a meal or snack within 2 hours after exercise to help muscle recovery.
When should I stretch?
Recovery and stretching are vital for reducing muscle soreness, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall workout performance and well-being, Dynamic stretching should be before workout and static stretching should be after workout.
How quickly will I see results?
The speed at which clients see results depends on various factors, but with dedication and consistency, positive changes can be noticed within a few weeks to a few months.
Check in days
Check-in day for clients is an essential way to assess progress, set new goals, and ensure continued motivation and success towards their fitness goals. This happens every week so I can monitor and adapt if necessary. This will take place every Saturday or Sunday
Your weekly session
Your personal training session will be scheduled in on a weekly basis at the time you fill out your check in form. There is an appointment availability section on the app where you will select the best time to suit yourself. An email will then be sent to me and you to confirm appointment.
Coach availability
Feel free to reach out anytime you need guidance, support, or have questions regarding your fitness journey - no question is a silly question. I am available via Whatsapp, Instagram or email.
