I have been training online with Gemma on a 12 week programme running up to my holiday. I am a regular gym goer but I was needing a bit of motivation and assistance to achieve my goals. Online coaching has been a great way to train in my own time at my own gym. Gemma was really helpful at explaining my programme to me and answering any questions I had along the way. Having step by step demonstration videos available that I could watch any time was also really beneficial to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly. I’m really happy with what I have achieved in just 12 weeks and highly recommend online coaching with Gemma.

When I started my 6 week PT programme with Gemma, I hadn’t properly been exercising for a good few months. I was really apprehensive, as I was starting somewhere new. Gemma made feel totally relaxed and comfortable. At the beginning I struggled with the strength and certain exercises. That’s when Gemma really helped me, as she kept me motivated and made sure I always made sure I completed everything. As the programme continued, Gemma could see my development and growth, as my confidence has soared. After the 6 weeks went by I felt completely different. My mind set has changed as much as my physique. I couldn’t have done this without using Gemma. My body feels and looks a lot tighter than before. I’d recommend anyone either as a beginner or as someone who just needs that extra boost. I really appreciate everything Gemma has done with me 🤍

I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from Gemma through the 6 week programme. She’s helped me so much with my confidence in the gym and is honestly so supportive. I genuinely look forward to my 121 sessions because Gemma makes me feel so at ease in the gym! I love that we chat away and have a laugh during the session too, I really do think it’s so important to have a good and fun relationship with your PT, it makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I feel like I have seen proper results in the last 6 weeks mentally and physically and I’m excited to continue with Gemma as my PT. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone!! 🥰❤️

I haven’t properly exercised at the gym for a long time and after my wedding had been enjoying the lull after the madness that lead up to it. I did end up relaxing a tad too much so I needed something to get me back on track and Gemmas 6 week program has been exactly that. The thought of the gym gives me huge anxiety (I’m mostly a home workout kinda gal) but after completing the 6 weeks I am the polar opposite! My strength and confidence have majorly improved and I look forward to getting in and working out, seeing progress each week has also been such a boost. The support Gemma offers is second to none and I’ve done a number of programs in my time! I’m a person who used to be obsessed with the number on the scale and Gemma has helped me steer away from that mentality, and the results show me exactly that!! I can’t wait to see what we can achieve in the next 6 weeks and I’d recommend this program to anyone who feels stuck in a rut or just wants that push to get going!

Gemma has really helped me build confidence in the gym to the point where I can now go in and do a full work out (with weights) on my own! The thought of this actually terrified me at the start so this was a big deal for me! I really enjoyed my 1-2-1s with with Gemma as her support allowed me to push myself during the workouts and I always left feeling great! I’m so glad I started the programme as it’s really helped me get back on track with food and exercise. I would definitely recommend this to anyone just starting out or anyone needing a wee push in the right direction!
